Despite efforts to ban sale of ivory and rhino horn, poaching continues in South Africa. 508 rhinos have been poached during January-August 2018. Air Shepherd can help protect these animals using our drones. When we fly, the poaching stops.
South Africa National Park authorities asked us to help their anti-poaching units. We have the team ready to go. We have our certification and permits. But we do not have the funds to operate. Operation cost $300,000 USD which is a yearlong. We are hoping to raise $25,000 by end of December 2018. $25,000 is a cost of one team for one month. On November 27, Giving Tuesday, we were able to raise $6,000. We are only $19,000 away from our goal.
The more and sooner we raise, the sooner we can operate in South Africa and the more animals we can save.
Help support our operations.
